Jubilee retrospective exhibition will be opened in Bansko

Jubilee retrospective “roots” will be held in Bansko on this special day in the resort town, reported the press office of the municipality.
The author of the exhibition, Konstantin Ikonomov , was born in 1939 in Bansko, and graduated from the Forestry education, which he has dealt with from his early youth also including tourism, mountaineering and ski, he is deeply connected with nature.
Years of working in education and in the environmental protection and despite significant successes in both backgrounds he is faced with the indifference of people towards environmental issues. This is the reason he was to seek a non-traditional view of nature, many years collecting and sculpturing natural materials such as roots, branches, stumps, bark, leaves, mosses, lichens, rocks, minerals, crystals and more.
The opening will take place on Tuesdays from 17:30 hours community center Nikola Vaptsarov.
